What does shipping cost?

The shipping cost is a flat fee per order regardless of how many items you purchase.

  • For US orders shipping is $4.50
  • For Canada shipping is $8.50
  • For the rest of the world shipping costs $17.50

gCaptain ships from within the United States.  Customers placing international orders are responsible for any additional taxes and duty fees that are resulting from their international shipment.

When can I expect my order?

We custom print each item depending on your color selection and size. This typically takes 24 hours but can take up to 4 business days for some items. 

Within the US, standard shipping delivery time is around 5-7 business days. 

Orders for Canada have an average delivery time of 7-10 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries in the world. International orders will usually arrive within a few weeks, around 10 - 15 business days.

How do I know if my order has shipped? Can I track it?

Once the order has been shipped, you’ll receive confirmation and a tracking number via email. You can also click HERE to track your order.

Where do you ship from.

Depending on availability of stock, most orders are shipped from the closest of our partner's facility in Charolette, North Carolina or Los Angeles, California. Our work gear and a few other items ship from our partnership facility in Detroit, Michigan. We want to get your items to you as fast as possible. If you ordered multiple items then we will always ship the item thats located closest to you first and send the second item in a separate box so that it does not hold up your entire order.

Can we ship priority or get an item to you faster?

No, not at this time but we are exploring adding this feature in the future.

My order never arrived. What to I do?

If it's being delivered outside the USA please have patience. Many of our items are custom printed just for you so and international orders sometimes get waylaid by customs or delayed by your country's postal system. We have no control over customs delays.
